Orders placed after 12:00 PM UAE time will have an estimated delivery time of 1 business days to Dubai.
The estimated delivery time to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah is 2 business days.
Deliveries are unavailable on public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Our products are kept ready for dispatch in our warehouse located in Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, Dubai Mainland, and are shipped from there.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order as long as its status is "in process." Once an order is marked as "shipped," it can no longer be canceled. Please note that a pickup or restocking fee may apply.
